Since Monday, 20. December 2021, a 2G+ provision has been in effect for all arrivals in Austria. This means that travel is only possible with complete vaccination or recovery and submission of a negative PCR test. People who have already received the 3rd booster vaccination and children under 12 years of age are exempt from the system.

Together we can make your journey safe and comfortable:

• Make sure you present your proof of vaccination or recovery when you check in.
• Do avoid any physical contact with strangers.
• In all public areas, wear an FFP2 mask.

Our strive for safety and a safe holiday:

• Each employee can show a 3G certificate that is valid at all times
• Our staff wear an FFP2 mask
• Shaking hands is not required
• We make sure that there is sufficient distance between the tables
• Our tables are fixed during your stay, for breakfast and dinner
• You have a choice of different saunas
• Please keep a minimum distance of 1 metre in all areas
• Soaps and disinfectants are sufficiently available for all guests
• Among other things, we rely on regular airing; for plenty of fresh mountain air in the rooms
• Contactless payment is possible
• We are constantly working to further improve our comprehensive hygiene measures, e.g. continuous disinfection of frequently used door handles and surfaces
